All merchandise will
ship FOB Shipping Point. The cost of all merchandise, shipping, handling
charges and applicable sales taxes will be used to calculate the
total amount of the sale. Any purchases not covered by credit card
will be invoiced and payable in 30 days.
A Finance Charge based on maximum
annual percentage rate allowed by your state law will
be applied to the balance owed under this invoice when the invoice
becomes past due. The purchaser agrees to pay all of Goldman
Promotions, Inc. reasonable attorney fees and collection agency
fees incurred in the collection of any amount hereunder and not paid
when due.
