Lee Wayne Corporation is a full service promotional products and services company. Lee Wayne Corporation has been a leader in promotional products for more than 50 years. Norton Gear chose to partner with Goldman Promotions which is now an affiliate of Lee Wayne Corporation, for the Norton Gear merchandise program due, in part, to Goldman Promotions' 40-year history of creativity and service. Centrally located in Sterling, Illinois, Lee Wayne has geographic representation in each of the 50 states and can be reached at 800-468-4332 (toll free). How do I place an order?
1) You may order online at www.nortongear.com.
2) You may phone 1-800-468-4332.
3) You may fax 1-800-582-5961.

Is there sales tax or duties on my order?
Sales tax will be collected on all orders. Lee Wayne Corporation is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

Is there a shipping charge on my order?
Yes. To keep the cost of items down, we did not include shipping charges within the item price. Shipping charges are applied using the following fee schedules. Contact Customer Service for overseas shipping.

How do I pay for my order?
You will be prompted for payment upon checkout with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Norton direct employees may be pre-authorized to pay with a purchase order. Norton DIY rewards users will only be prompted for payment beyond dollar limit.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Unless you specify otherwise, the order will be shipped via UPS ground. Allow 4-5 days for delivery after production of your order. Rush services are available by specifying two-day or overnight shipping services at check out.

How will I be notified you received my order?
You will receive an email notification of receipt of order with an order number reference.

What if my order has backorders?
We try very hard to keep stock on hand for small orders. Larger, impact orders may deplete our inventories and put some items on backorder. If that happens, you will receive an email notification of the backorder and expected delivery date.

What if I can’t wait for a backorder? Can I cancel?
This request cannot be handled electronically. You will need to call 800-468-4332 to arrange for a cancellation or change.

Can I order merchandise for personal use?
Items may be purchased for personal use. However, you will need to meet the minimum order requirements and you will need to pay with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover).

What if I have a special order need?
All items on the site have had special negotiated pricing based on volume discounts and should be your first choice for an order. If you have a special need outside the regular program, contact Customer Service for more information.

What is your site's security guarantee?
You are logged into our secure server which will encrypt all information sent from this and every other secure page. Your security and privacy are guaranteed on all our secure pages. If you wish to make other payment arrangements, please indicate so when prompted for credit card information by selecting "Other" when prompted for payment method.

Return Policy
1) All returns must be authorized by Lee Wayne Corporation prior to returning. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused.
2) All returns and exchanges must be done within 21 days of receipt of the product. Shipping charges are not refundable.
3) Merchandise for return must be in new condition and fit for resale. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.
4) Defective merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipping will be exchanged at no charge. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Please keep all cartons used in the shipment for inspection by claims representatives of the carrier used.
5) Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct.
